Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms apply to all ticket and pass purchases made through DanceCatcher. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Purchase Contract

When you purchase a ticket or pass on DanceCatcher, your purchase contract is between you and the event organizer, not with DanceCatcher. DanceCatcher acts solely as an intermediary that facilitates the transaction. The organizer is responsible for delivering the event as described in their listing.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable fees at checkout.

3. Refunds

Refund policies are determined and managed by the event organizer. To request a refund, contact the organizer directly.

• Passes: Passes are refundable in full (not partial) at the organizer's discretion.
• Tickets: Tickets are refundable at the organizer's discretion.

DanceCatcher does not process refunds and cannot override an organizer's refund decision.

4. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, the organizer is obligated to either issue you a full refund or provide a suitable substitute event. If the organizer fails to do so, you may contact DanceCatcher for assistance, though our ability to intervene may be limited.

5. Transferability

Whether your ticket or pass can be transferred to another person is at the organizer's discretion. To request a transfer, contact the organizer directly.

6. Sold-Out Events

In rare cases, a payment may succeed but the event has reached capacity due to simultaneous purchases. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued automatically.

7. Pass Terms

If you purchase a pass (multi-use credit for events):

• Pass credits expire according to the validity period set by the organizer (displayed at the time of purchase).
• You will receive a magic link via email to access your pass dashboard, where you can book events and view your remaining credits.
• Magic links are personal and time-limited. Do not share your magic link with others.
• Each booking made with a pass deducts credits according to the event's pass credit cost.

8. Ticket Terms

If you purchase a ticket:

• Your ticket is valid for the specific event occurrence purchased.
• You will receive an order confirmation with a QR code for event check-in.
• Present your QR code at the venue for entry.

9. Personal Data

To process your purchase and facilitate event attendance, we collect and store the following personal data:

• Name, email address, and phone number.

This data is used for order fulfillment, event check-in, and communication related to your purchase. Your data is shared with the event organizer for the purpose of event management. Both DanceCatcher and the organizer are obligated to handle your data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Spanish data protection law.

10. Governing Law

These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
