1. About DanceCatcher

DanceCatcher ("the Platform", "we", "us") is an online marketplace that connects dance event organizers with attendees. We facilitate the listing, discovery, and purchase of tickets and passes for dance events. DanceCatcher is an intermediary platform — we are not an event organizer, and we do not produce, host, or manage the events listed on our platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DanceCatcher, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, organizers, and buyers.

Additional terms apply depending on your role:

• Event organizers are also bound by the Organizer Agreement.
• Ticket and pass buyers are also bound by the Purchase Terms.

3. Account Eligibility

To create an organizer account on DanceCatcher, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these terms.
• Complete Stripe Connect onboarding and maintain an active, compliant Stripe account.

Buyers do not need to create an account to purchase tickets or passes.

4. Platform Services

DanceCatcher provides the following services:

• Event listing and discovery tools for organizers.
• Ticket and pass sales processing via Stripe Connect.
• Pass management with magic-link access for attendees.
• Booking and attendance tracking for pass holders.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or occurrence of any event listed on the Platform.

5. Platform Fees

DanceCatcher charges an application fee of 4% of each transaction plus €1 per ticket or pass processed through the Platform. This fee is automatically deducted from the transaction amount before funds are transferred to the organizer's Stripe account. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• List fraudulent, misleading, or non-existent events.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or circumvent its security features.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

The DanceCatcher platform, including its design, software, and branding, is the property of DanceCatcher and is protected by intellectual property laws. Organizers retain ownership of all content they upload to the Platform (event descriptions, images, etc.) and grant DanceCatcher a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

DanceCatcher acts solely as an intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of organizers or attendees.
• We do not guarantee that events will occur as listed or meet your expectations.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees we have collected from you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Data Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection law. Personal data collected through the Platform is used for order fulfillment, account management, and Platform operation. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
